Using Safelists to Increase Your Sign-ups!!!
The one thing I have found conspicuously missing from the New Rich Report is Safelisting, and yet for a system that prides itself on helping internet marketers build their downline, it was something I had to enquire about.
To be fair to Janet she was straightforward and told me it wasn't something she used and hadn't thought about. Maybe for the future...
So whats the idea behind a safelist, well I always think that the safelist is a lower tech version of a traffic exchange, but delivered to your email box. They are usually free or extremely low cost and give you the ability to reach out to other safelisters.
The thing to remember with safelist, aswell as traffic exchanges is that all the users are looking to get signup's/ sell a product etc.
So whats the issue?
Well you have to remember that when you've sent your email ad to someones list address, it nestles among hundreds of other ads, and basically the best title wins! If you are going to earn credits for each email you open, then you want to be opening the ones most relevant to you - It's ad copy but quick!
So let me give some rough examples of the ads I ignore, and see if we are on the same lines...if they read something like;-
- You can earn upto... I'm going to ignore this I have already got my primary business.
- The 6 minute movie that... You are a GDI newbie that hasn't yet realized that safelisting won't help you much.
- Get in at the top now... Again I am already in a primary program I don't want any more.
- Join this free... This is my all time favourite, because free means you want something off me and I am campaigning against "free"
There are a couple more, but you get the idea...
So how do we use safelists to help build our primary business, and this is the simplest answer I can give...
We let go of what we want, and offer the safelisters what they want to build their business...
How does this marry with the New Rich System.
Well of course, simply put, the New Rich System is designed to help Network Marketers, and Internet Marketers both old and new...So the simplest way to get sign-ups from safe lists - offer them what they want, add in a power word, and don't mention free!
Here is a few examples I have used to some effect;-

You get the general idea, something eyecatching, which has a benefit.
What about the copy, well think about this...
The recipient is basically intent on getting credits for his/herself, so that they can send out their mail, they really don't have much time to read a couple of pages of ad copy, they're going to scroll down to the credit link, and hit the button, so you have between 3 and 5 seconds to get their attention.
The Shorter The Message, The More Likely They are To Take Notice.
Remember it is your lead capture page that is designed to get the information from them, so if you can use lots of colour in your message, just prepare them for what they are going to see. That's it...Simple
